BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 5326 Lynnland Terrace, being at the end of Lynnland Terrace southeast of McBrien Road. Part of lots 2 and 3, Cline Place Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in deed book I, volume 9, page 128, ROHC, and part of an unplatted tract; being part of the property described in deed book 4559, page 215, ROHC. Said part of lots and part of tract form one tract beginning on the southwest line of Lynnland Terrace some 696 feet southeast of the intersection of the southwest line of Lynnland Terrace with the southeast line of McBrien Road, thence northeast 175 feet, crossing the end of Lynnland Terrace, to the southwest line of Winfield Estates Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in plat book 14, page 79, ROHC, thence southeast some 970 feet with the southwest line of said Winfield Estates, and said line extended, to the northwest line of North Terrace, thence southwest some 666 feet with North Terrace, thence northwest some 467.5 feet, thence southwest some 219.75 feet, thence northwest some 256.75 feet to the point of beginning. Tax Map No. 157N-H-22 (part). from R-1 Residential Zone to R-4 Special Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Landscape Standards (attached); 2. Maximum height limitation of three (3) stories; 3. Approval of access by the City Traffic Engineer; and 4. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as provided by law.
